Ensure all items are in their original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Arrange for a professional carrier pickup for large furniture pieces or drop off smaller decor items at any Curly's Furniture showroom location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
